Michael Till took out the Victoria Mitchell 7.6km Handicap in fine style on Saturday. Till caught leader, Greg Brown, with less than 500m to travel and took out the win with Brown hanging on strongly for second. The consistent Simon Mornane finished in thrid with Cam Snowden running fastest time for the tough course of 29min 51sec. In the 4.3km handicap Leah Canavan broke through for a fine win. Canavan made steady progress through the field and took out a comfortable win from Natahan Armstrong with Charlotte Streat storming through the field for third place. Ben Ludbrook was fastest time in 15min 03sec with Streat fastest girl with an 18.37 run. In the Novice 2km it was the battle if the Issabella’s with Issabella Rossato taking the win.
