Snowden & Scott take out Birmingham Championships

Cameron Snowden showed great form to take out the Collis Birmingham 8km title on Saturday with a terrific performance which also saw him 4th overall in the BRAC Wal Brown and an easy winner of the 40+ section. Courtney Scott is rapidly regaining the form that saw her as Ballarat’s leading distance runner. Scott easily won the Club title and was a close 3rd in the BRAC event. Tania Warrick showed why she is still regarded as one of the best Veteran athletes around by taking out the sealed handicap on the event.
Ben Ludbrook continued his stellar form with an emphatic win in the junior 4km event with teammate Jack Diamond second. Ben Mornane also a comfortable winner of the U14 division. Kayla Bridges put in an improved run to finish 2nd in the U14 girls and first in the sealed handicap.
Nash McGrath dominated the U12 2km event with Charlie King placing 2nd.
