Mitchell smashes Australian Record at Victorian Titles.

Kathryn Mitchell unleashed the biggest throw in the World this year to date when she launched the Javelin an amazing 68.57m for a new Australian Record.

Kathryn has been a member of the Club for nearly 20 years and it an incredible example of someone who has overcome injuries and disappointments to become an inspiration to all athletes.

There were some great results from our girls in Melbourne over the weekend.
